A car with nothing to hide. The jaw-dropping, Pagani Huayra.
With a 6.0L, 730hp Mercedes V12 and weighing about the same as the new Porsche Boxster, this spare no expense work of art is what supercars are all about. Shown here completely exposed in bare carbon fibre, the car has so many focal points that I didn’t even know where to begin. I just kept shooting. Between flashes from other cameras and trying to get the lighting right, the pictures really do don’t this car justice, in the least.
However, what I hoped to capture (and I think I did) was the presence this car commands. I like that Pagani follows the old Italian mantra of doing something well and looking good while doing it. You could make a entire coffee table book just of close ups with the amount of details in this car.
The interior is just as exciting as the exterior. Red leather, carbon fiber everywhere and polished aluminum.
Just look at it! Blending old school switches with a touchscreen and that instrument cluster – it’s a work of art in itself.

For a more lady-like Huayra, Pagani brought along this example in a very conservative white with some bare cf accents.
Some day she will be mine.
