To be honest, I had never really been a fan of late Kawasaki bikes. However, the design on this new crop does look pretty damn good. Like this new Ninja ZX-6R 636. It has styling elements based on the ZX-10R however, I think this smaller four-banger looks even better.
Building on the success of the Z750, there’s an all new Z800 for 2013. 806cc displacement and aggressive styling make this Z an interesting alternative to the Italian 800′s; Ducati Monster 796, MV Agusta Brutle 800 and Aprilia’s Shiver 750.
This poorly lit photo below is of the iconic 1972 Z1 900: the first Z bike to roll out of Kawasaki’s factory.
This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Z line. To celebrate, Kawasaki built this one-off Z1000 Special Edition taking design cues from the Z900 above. They should really just put it into production.
